Beds, any size/type (machine sewn) - pillow with or w/o removable cover, bumper/bolster bed, snuggle bed (bumper bed with blanket attached), fuzzy mat, etc.  You choose material and colors.  High quality, durable (but not chew- or claw-proof) and cheaper than store prices.
Wire crate covers - turn your dog's wire crate into a calm, cozy den with a custom-fitted cover.  Lightweight all-purpose, fleece/flannel to retain heat, or deluxe quilted (cotton).
Crate tray covers - tired of your dog clacking around on the plastic pan in his crate?  Reduce the noise and give him a nice soft surface without having to worry about it bunching up or being pulled out as he moves around.  These are made with your choice of fabric (terrycloth or a towel work best) and are fitted with elastic straps that hold them snugly around the tray.  $8-25 with terrycloth.
Fleece tug toys, tightly-woven and durable - all the fun of a rope or retriever stick but without strings left all over your house.  Woven knots make these much stronger than the typical braided kind.  Available in multiple sizes/shapes, can be made in any color. $4-20
